Travel Tuesday: Portland, Maine

Today is Travel Tuesday thus y'all know what that means: fourth dimension to recap my trip to Portland, ME. I've never been to Maine earlier thus it was a dainty picayune surprise to larn a trip upwards at that spot for a long weekend equally a Christmas gift. Minus the mini hurricane snowstorm together with the bitter cold, Maine was a lot of fun! I can't hold back to larn dorsum inwards the spring/summer.

SATURDAY:

We left genuinely early on Sat morning time for JFK for my global entry interview together with our flight. Global entry was soooo worth it together with it comes alongside TSA pre-check, thus if you're looking into it, I highly recommend!

We of class flew JetBlue. Thankfully they had nonstop flights similar a shot to Portland thus it was a quick 45 infinitesimal flying upwards together with nosotros were there. Helllooo grayness skies!

We got at that spot roughly 10 am together with picked upwards our motorcar for the weekend. Since nosotros couldn't cheque inwards to our B&B until 3pm, nosotros decided to accept a trip upwards to Freeport. It was only a 20 infinitesimal drive away together with totally worth it. I had never been to the LL Bean campus but y'all know I had to go! We spent thus much fourth dimension there, I can't fifty-fifty say you. I hateful I could larn lost inwards that store!

After Freeport (and to a greater extent than fourth dimension inwards the LL Bean store) nosotros stopped at a local brewery thus headed to our B&B for the weekend. We ended upwards staying at the Inn on Carleton and had an awesome stay. I've never stayed at a B&B earlier but I was pleasantly surprised! SUNDAY:

After a this quick bite, nosotros went to some other brewery (I'm a skilful girlfriend) together with thus to Central Provisions for dinner... where I had to a greater extent than oysters :)

MONDAY:
